AN ACT to restore the constitutional equilibrium of the United States Supreme Court. It aims to ensure that the Judiciary remains an instrument of stability rather than a source of radical disruption. The act seeks to protect the fundamental rights of the American people. It aims to shield them from the influence of concentrated wealth and ideological extremism. Additionally, it strives to modernize the administration of justice through technological transparency and democratic accountability.
